All content — areas, boundaries, maps, photographs, videos and prices — is informative and does not constitute a binding offer or a purchase agreement. Any transaction depends on document verification, due diligence and the signing of the relevant instruments before a Brazilian notary and land registry office.
3. Property and pricing · Imóvel e preços
Five titled riverfront lots of approximately 60,000 m² (6 hectares) each. Lots 01 and 03 include a private river island (US$ 150,000 each); the remaining lots are US$ 100,000 each. The whole estate is open to negotiation at US$ 600,000. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change without prior notice. Payment by international bank wire (converted through Banco Central do Brasil rules) or Bitcoin (BTC).
4. Foreign buyers · Compradores estrangeiros
Purchases of Brazilian rural land by foreigners are subject to Law 5.709/71 and related regulations, including area limits and registration requirements. The responsible attorney will advise on the applicable procedure for each case. Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice for your jurisdiction.
